Virtual Yoga and Vision Board Workshop

The workshop will include:


  • A cleansing Chakra meditation to release deeply held emotions and limiting beliefs.

  • An easeful, flowing Yoga sequence to move your body so you feel alive and healthy.

  • Reflective Journaling prompts to help you see what your inner self wants you to focus on this next year.

  • A Vision Board making session so you can see all your intentions, dreams and wishes for your life as a colorful collage of images that will inspire you over this next year of 2022.

  • Plus you can have tea, snacks and bathroom breaks.
