Ayurveda, the sister science of Yoga, is an ancient system for guiding you toward wellness and optimal health.
Learn about your constitution (called a Dosha) and ways to use Ayurveda's daily routines, medicinal foods, and spices, as well as specific yoga, breathing, and meditation exercises to bring more balance and well-being to your life. My passion for learning, evolving, and experiencing my own optimal health and self-realization led me to complete my Ayurveda Yoga Specialist Certificate in 2022 with Kathryn Templeton and Yoga International.

What to expect:
Part 1: Initial Consultation (75-mins)
A comprehensive and detailed Intake Session that includes examining the tongue and discussing digestive issues, sleep concerns, and eating habits. This is where we discuss essential information about you so that- together- we can uncover the causes of your physical or mental discomfort. You will leave this consultation having learned about your Dosha (constitution) and how imbalances show up in your body, mind, and emotional heart, and how the Ayurveda clock relates to the time of day, the seasons of the year, and the seasons of your life.
Part 2: Follow-up Consultation (60-mins)
Two weeks after the Intake Session the Follow Up session delivers specific recommendations of Ayurveda practices based on your Intake Session. Recommendations will include:
A daily routine (Dinacharya) that will support you in good health.
Culinary spices and food suggestions that best support your Dosha.
Breathing exercises, meditations, or yoga poses that are specific to bringing you into a more balanced state of mind, body, and spirit.
30-day Check-In Consultation (60-mins) following your initial Ayurveda Consultation.
30 minutes are dedicated to discussing what's working and how your specific issues have improved by following the recommendations of your initial consultation.
30 minutes are dedicated to guided Yoga, Breathing Exercises, and Meditations specific to the issues and imbalances you are experiencing.
1:1 Private Ayurveda Yoga Session (60-mins)
Delve deeper and learn how to bring your Dosha into balance with an in-depth Dosha-specific sequence of Yoga poses, breathing exercises, and meditations that address to your issues. The 1:1 Private Session will provide Yoga techniques for when you've become scattered and unfocused, competitive and demanding, or lethargic and depressed (for example). You can record the Private Session on your phone and also book a series of 4 Private 1:1 Ayurveda Yoga Sessions for ongoing support.
The Ayurveda approach is designed to create and maintain balance in your mind, body, and emotions. My goal is to help you become self-sufficient in caring for your own health. With proper guidance and education, you can get in tune with your own body and your own needs.
