Group Yoga Classes
Grounding standing poses, easeful backbends, nourishing forward bends, and relaxing twists help you feel aligned with yourself and the energy of the season. Breathing exercises and guided meditations are offered to relax your nervous system and center your mind.
No matter what state you arrive to class in, you will leave class feeling centered, relaxed, rejuvenated, and connected to your body, your breath, and your spirit.

Our 12-week SPRING SEASON YOGA SERIES runs from the end of March to mid-June and will support you to feel energized and centered as the season changes. Plus weekly Drop-in classes are available for your convenience.
