
Group Yoga Classes
Grounding standing poses, easeful backbends, nourishing forward bends, and relaxing twists help you feel aligned with yourself and the energy of the season. Breathing exercises and guided meditations are offered to relax your nervous system and center your mind.
No matter what state you arrive to class in, you will leave class feeling centered, relaxed, rejuvenated, and connected to your body, your breath, and your spirit. All classes are on Zoom for your at-home convenience.

Our 8-week SUMMER SEASON YOGA SERIES runs from July through August and will support you to feel centered, balanced, and empowered during the summer season. Plus, weekly Drop-in classes are available for your convenience.
