Group Yoga Classes

Grounding standing poses, easeful backbends, nourishing forward bends, and relaxing twists help you feel aligned with yourself and the energy of the season. Breathing exercises and guided meditations are offered to relax your nervous system and center your mind.


No matter what state you arrive to class in, you will leave class feeling centered, relaxed, rejuvenated, and connected to your body, your breath, and your spirit.

Our new 3-week SUMMER MORNING YOGA CLUB begins in July. These early morning classes on Mon, Wed, and Fri from 7-8 a.m. are designed to support you to feel strong, flexible, centered, and amazing this July and August.

We also have an 8-week SUMMER SEASON YOGA SERIES to help you practice mindfully and consistently as the weather heats up. Plus Drop-in classes for your convenience.

Classes are designed for Level 1-2 (which is Beginner/Intermediate Level)

Most of our classes are taught Live on Zoom.
