Group Yoga Classes
Grounding standing poses, easeful backbends, nourishing forward bends, and relaxing twists help you feel aligned with yourself and the energy of the season. Breathing exercises and guided meditations are offered to relax your nervous system and center your mind.
No matter what state you arrive to class in, you will leave class feeling centered, relaxed, rejuvenated, and connected to your body, your breath, and your spirit.

Our 10-week WINTER SEASON YOGA SERIES runs from early January into mid-March and will support you to feel centered, balanced, and empowered during the windy season. Plus, weekly Drop-in classes are available for your convenience.
