Group Yoga Classes
Group yoga classes are well-balanced sequences that include grounding standing poses, easeful backbends, supportive forward bends, and lovely twists (to help wring out tension). The theme of the class changes. One day we might drop in deeply to explore the hips, or we might play around with poses that help find balance, developing a calm sense of inner strength and stability. Breathing exercises and guided meditation are always offered to help relax your nervous system and center your mind. No matter the state of body or mind you arrive at class in, you will end class feeling centered and connected to your body and your breath.
Classes are designed for Level 1-2 (which is Beginner/Intermediate Level)
Sun & Wed classes are being held on Zoom. Sat class is outdoors.
If you register for an online class and can’t make it, a recording will be sent to you.
