Weekly Mindful Hatha Yoga class from 9-10 a.m. on Zoom.
Service Description
Center your mind, connect with your body, and set the tone for your day with this Hatha style yoga class on Zoom. Each week's class has a different focus, but you will always be guided to focus on your breath and move your body mindfully. Breathing exercises and centering meditation are also taught to soothe and balance your mind and your nervous system. This is a Hatha style class, so it's a bit more static, with very little flow between poses. Modifications will be given throughout the class to help you support your body and your experience. This class is best for beginners and above, people recovering from injuries, seniors, or anyone returning to yoga after a break. Wednesday 8:45-9:45 AM
