Center your mind, connect with your body, and set the tone for your day with this Hatha-style yoga class on Zoom. Each week's class has a different focus, but you will always be guided to focus on your breath and move your body mindfully. Breathing exercises and centering meditation are also taught to soothe and balance your mind and your nervous system. This is a Hatha-style class, so it's a bit more static, with very little flow between poses. Modifications will be given throughout the class to help you support your body and your experience. This class is best for beginners and above, people recovering from injuries, seniors, or anyone returning to yoga after a break. Wednesday 9-10 AM
To cancel or reschedule a Private Session please contact us 24-hours in advance for a full refund or reschedule. Late cancellation of Private Sessions will result in a fee equal to 50% of your payment More than two late Private Session cancellations will lead to the termination of our services, with no refunds. For Group Classes on Zoom, we have more flexibility. If you can't make a group class, please send us a note and we will work something out.
