Service Description

The theme of my Spring Season Yoga classes is to "de-thaw" your tight hips and shoulders, loosen up winter’s heaviness, and align you with the subtle change in the air that is spring! This 6-week yoga series will slowly and mindfully draw you out of winter hibernation with flowing, energizing yoga sequences, stimulating breathing exercises, and positive guided meditations so you feel more and more energized and uplifted. Gently warming Sun Salutations will move your body in all directions and stimulate circulation. Easeful backbends will loosen up congestion in the chest while creating space around the shoulders. Hip openers and forward bends will release winter tightness from deep, deep within, and twisting poses will help neutralize any stressed-out nervous systems. Each class will help you sense the circulation of energy and movement throughout your body. You will feel lighter, spacious, and uplifted like a spring flower tenderly emerging from the earth. This is a small group practice, with familiar faces each week. Modifications for yoga poses will be given throughout the class to support your body and your experience. If you miss a class, the recording is available for 7 days. You will need a yoga mat, a yoga belt, and two yoga blocks. This package includes 6 Live, group yoga classes on Wednesdays from 9-10 a.m. (EST) from March 27- May 8, 2024. No classes on April 24 (Spring Break). Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule a Private Session please contact us 24-hours in advance for a full refund or reschedule. Late cancellation of Private Sessions will result in a fee equal to 50% of your payment More than two late Private Session cancellations will lead to the termination of our services, with no refunds. For Group Classes on Zoom, we have more flexibility. If you can't make a group class, please send us a note and we will work something out.
