Service Description

Awaken and align your body, mind, and spirit with this relaxing and rejuvenating yoga series on Zoom. We'll focus on strength and flexibility as well as cooling and calming sequences during the hot summer days. You will leave the class feeling relaxed, centered, and balanced. You will have 2 yoga classes a week: Sunday Slow Flow from 9:30 - 10:45 a.m. and Wednesday Morning Stretch from 9 -10 a.m. The class dates are July 7-31 Aug 4- 14 & Sept 4 - 15. No classes Aug 18 - 31 (my vacation) or Sept 1 (Labor Day Weekend). Classes are on Zoom and recorded for your convenience. You will need a yoga mat and 2 yoga blocks.
