Welcome! Drop inwards and renew your energy with this 6-week Restorative Yoga series on Friday evenings on Fridays in Feb and March from 5:45- 7 p.m. This gentle restorative yoga series is a place for you to feel more peaceful and blissful at the end of your busy week. We will use yoga blocks and soft pillows to support your body in yoga poses so you can exhale more fully and release tightness from your mind and body. While you are in the supported poses for several minutes, your stress levels will lower, and your nervous system will relax. You will feel good; certainly better than you feel right now. It's good to feel good, rather than full of tension or anxiousness, right? This is a very "still" class; we hold poses for 5-10 minutes. This can be challenging at first, but you will feel deeply rested and rejuvenated and might even come to prefer this class over your faster-paced classes. We use lots of yoga props, many can be found in your home. 2 yoga blocks, a yoga belt, and a yoga bolster (if you have one). Or 3 blankets and 2 couch cushions. You will also need a clear wall space and a chair. Oh, and an eye pillow is always nice! The class is from 5:45 - 7 p.m. Have a light snack before so you're not distracted by hunger. People tend to get thirsty once they fully relax, so some warm tea or water is great to have nearby. Class dates are Feb 3, 10 & 17. March 3, 10 & 17. No class on Feb 24. Classes will be recorded. The recording is available for 7-days if you miss a session.

Late cancellation of Private Sessions will result in a fee equal to 50% of your payment More than two late Private Session cancellations will lead to the termination of our services, with no refunds. For Group Classes on Zoom, we have more flexibility. If you can't make a group class, please send us a note and we will work something out.
