Service Description

The theme of our Fall Season Yoga Classes is to help create BALANCE within your body, mind, and spirit. As the weather becomes windy and scattered, our yoga classes will include plenty of playful, balancing poses to help enhance your focus and concentration, so you feel stable, grounded, and centered. Alternate Nostril Pranayama will be practiced regularly to create a sense of balance within your mind and your nervous system. As you gather your attention inwards you will feel calmer, more spacious, and more present for whatever life brings your way. If you miss a class, the recording is available for 7 days. You will need a yoga mat, a yoga belt, and two yoga blocks. This package includes 12 weekly yoga classes on Wed from 8:45-9:45 a.m. From Sept 27- Dec 13. Interested in taking 2 weekly yoga classes? Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule a Private Session please contact us 24-hours in advance for a full refund or reschedule. Late cancellation of Private Sessions will result in a fee equal to 50% of your payment More than two late Private Session cancellations will lead to the termination of our services, with no refunds. For Group Classes on Zoom, we have more flexibility. If you can't make a group class, please send us a note and we will work something out.
