Service Description
The theme of our Fall Season Yoga Classes is to help create BALANCE within your body, mind, and spirit. As the weather becomes windy and scattered, our yoga classes will include plenty of playful, balancing poses to help enhance your focus and concentration, so you feel stable, grounded, and centered. Alternate Nostril Pranayama will be practiced regularly to create a sense of balance within your mind and your nervous system. As you gather your attention inwards you will feel calmer, more spacious, and more present for whatever life brings your way. If you miss a class, the recording is available for 7 days. You will need a yoga mat, a yoga belt, and two yoga blocks. This package includes 12 weekly yoga classes on Wed from 9-10 a.m. From Sept 18- Dec 4. Interested in taking 2 weekly yoga classes?
